Question: Why doesn’t the temporary password for Timbernet work?
Answer: Temporary passwords for Timbernet expire five days after they have been sent out. Please email tnet2support@timbrmart.com or your store administrator for Timbernet 2.0 to request a password reset.
Question: Why doesn’t the ‘forgot password’ button work?
Answer: Timbernet will not provide a password reset from this button if you have not set a permanent password, or if there is an existing password reset request that is still active. If you need to reset a password in these situations, please email tnet2support@timbrmart.com or your store administrator for Timbernet 2.0 to request a password reset.
Question: Why didn’t I receive the temporary password email?
Answer: Please check your spam/junk box; it will be there unless your email server’s firewall blocked it, in which case, please speak to your company’s IT contact for assistance.
Question: Can I change my default from 25 items to 100 items in the list?
Answer: Unfortunately, this feature is not available. You can change the setting when you search but the default will remain at 25.

Question: Can I add additional stores to my users / How can I add additional stores to my users?
Answer: When creating a member user or editing a member user you can add or remove stores linked to their profile under the field Members*. If you are a member administrator, you will be able to add any store that is currently linked to your profile.
E.g. If you are a user from store 1000 and 1010 you can add either 1000, 1010, or both, but you cannot add store 1020 because you are not a user for that store currently. If you are the administrator for your store and you need additional member numbers linked to your account, please contact tnet2support@timbrmart.com to request your account be updated.
Question: How to add additional users for my store?
Answer: You can add new users by clicking on the 'User' section on the left-hand side panel and then the 'Add user’ button.While we are providing access to admin users in small groups, there are no limits on the secondary users you can add, and we encourage you to add whomever you need.There is also a training video for how to set up users for your store in the ‘Help’ section which you can access when you click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

Question: How do I verify my users?
Answer: If you have permission to manage users as a member administrator, you can always verify a user by selecting the three vertical dots on the far right of the user page and selecting verify from the drop-down menu.
Additionally, users with a verification that has expired, or that will expire within 10 days will be indicated with an option to ‘Verify’ in the column where it indicates ‘Last verified’. You will click that button to verify as well.
Question: Where is the rebate calculator?
Answer: The rebate calculator can be accessed through a button on the right-hand corner of each rebate program in the buy guide.

Question: How do I ‘favourite’ or bookmark a vendor?
Answer: A vendor can be marked as a ‘favourite’ by selecting the star beside their name on the left-hand side of the vendor list, or the top right corner of the individual vendor page.

Question: How do I find the price list? / Where is the price list?
Answer: Price lists and documents for a vendor can be accessed from the ‘Price Lists & Documents’ tab of the vendor page. Price lists and documents relevant to a specific rebate program can also be accessed via a button on the top right corner of the rebate program header, beside the rebate calculator button.

Question: Can I update my contact information through Timbernet 2.0?
Answer: Yes, you can and in fact, this is the channel that we prefer you use when updating us with your contact information! Member administrators can add additional contacts to their store location in the member list/member’s tab and even update the store’s address as well. Once a TIMBER MART administrator reviews and accepts the change it will be updated on the public list and circulated to all of our internal TIMBER MART team members.
Question: Can I export the “calendar/event” to my Outlook/email account?
Answer: Unfortunately, this feature is not available.

Answer: The flyer docket remains accessible through Timbernet 1.0.
Question: Will there be a Price Shop section in Timbernet2.0?
Answer: A price shop section is not currently part of our planned release schedule. We are currently investigating the demand for a price shop section and the options available in the marketplace. If we can provide a modern, valuable data service to our members then you may see this feature return in a future release.
