Your account is set up, you are an admin user and you will receive the temporary password email with the link. Please make sure to copy and paste the temp password to prevent missing punctuation. For security reasons, all users need to be verified every 60 days and you’ve likely been deactivated by Timbernet 2.0 due to your store admin not re-activating your account within the 60-day timeframe.

Admin users can verify each other, while other users have to be verified by an admin user.

 

For Admin Users: As an admin user, you can see who is pending verification on your dashboard or under the user section located via the left-hand panel. The 60-day verification cycle is counted from the date you verify the user. However, you don’t have to wait 60 days to re-verify your users if for example, you’ll be away/unavailable at the 60-day mark, you can log into Timbernet 2.0 and do so at any time.

Please note the temporary password expires in 5 days. In case you were not able to reset your password within the limited days, please reach out to our support team at tnet2support@timbrmart.com to reset your password. 

Once you log in, please check out the Help content under your profile. There are different 2-3 minute professional-produced training videos such as: how to navigate the event, how to set up users in your stores, etc.
